Sales Associate: Brooklyn Flagship
We seek a dynamic, experienced part-time Sales Associate to join our team in Brooklyn. Candidates must be available 2-3 days, including one weekend day; and must be based in NYC.
Responsibilities:
Maintain the highest degree of
customer service
Ensure store presentation and operating standards meet expectations
Develop and maintain a strong knowledge of our POS system
Develop and maintain a high level of product knowledge
Other inventory and operations duties
Successful Applicants Will:

Be able to multitask and self-motivate, must be a team player
Be comfortable in a public-facing role and in a fast-paced environment
Have a working knowledge of fabrics, clothing construction, and about the brands we carry
Be comfortable wearing multiple hats
Possess strong interpersonal and communication skills
Have 2+ years prior sales experience
Experience in surfing and/or other
outdoor pursuits like skating, hiking, cycling, running preferred; experience riding a variety of surfboards and knowledge of board design is a plus
Hourly range: $20 - $24

E-Commerce Customer Service & Fulfillment Coordinator
We seek a part-time E-Commerce Customer Service & Fulfillment Coordinator to join our tight knit team in Brooklyn. This position manages the complete cycle of online customer orders, from receipt to delivery, ensuring accuracy, timeliness and high customer satisfaction.
Specifically, this role involves packing and shipping orders, communicating with customers via email and/or phone, tracking and organizing inventory, managing order
discrepancies, troubleshooting shipping issues, and communicating with fellow team members to ensure smooth operations.
The successful candidate will be a detail-oriented self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment. Working closely with our Brooklyn flagship team, this role reports directly to the co-founders.
Responsibilities:
Locate and properly pack and ship orders
Address customer questions and concerns as they relate to online orders and merchandise in general
Assist in tracking inventory, receiving incoming deliveries, and ensuring proper organization of merchandise
Work with e-Comm manager and leadership to enhance fulfillment operations
Attend weekly meetings to report on customer service and e-commerce activity
Successful Applicants Will:

Be detail oriented, self-motivated and a proactive team player
Exhibit strong verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency in Shopify and Shippo preferred

Hourly range: $22 - $25
