ONLINE RETURN POLICY:

We do not issue refunds. We are happy to issue a store credit for a return or an exchange. Items being sold online at marked down prices are final sale. Swimwear and wetsuits are final sale. The customer is responsible for all shipping expenses incurred with returned items. Due to the costly nature of shipping, international orders are not eligible for exchange.

Exchanges/returns must be postmarked within 14 days of the original shipping date and should be shipped back to our Online department in a prepaid package. We will not accept CODs. All merchandise must be returned unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition along with the original price tags intact, as well as the original invoice/receipt.

We have the right to deny any store credit returns/exchanges if it does not meet our policy requirements. We recommend that you send the package back to us via traceable carrier and insure the full amount of the merchandise you are sending back to us. We are not responsible for missing packages.

Upon acceptance of merchandise for exchange, the new item will be shipped upon availability. Please contact us (phone, email, or note within the box) with your credit card information (card number, expiration date, security code) so that we may charge for additional shipping and handling fees for an exchange. Store credit will be issued within 7 business days.

For return orders, shipping charges are not refunded unless the original item shipped was damaged or the item shipped was incorrect.

ORDER PROCESSING:

Once Pilgrim Surf + Supply has delivered the merchandise to the carrier, you will assume the risk of loss and title for the merchandise. Please keep in mind that transit times do not include Saturday, Sunday or holidays. Pilgrim Surf + Supply uses FedEx to deliver products, therefore all shipping costs are designated and updated by FedEx standards and protocol.

We are now offering free FedEx ground shipping within the continental United States on orders totaling $200 or more. THIS DOES NOT INCLUDE FEDEX HOME DELIVERY. Orders will be processed and shipped within 3-5 business days.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: 

PLEASE EMAIL PILGRIM@PILGRIMSURFSUPPLY.COM WITH THE SUBJECT “INTERNATIONAL ORDER” TO PLACE YOUR INTERNATIONAL ORDER IF IT IS NOT LISTED ON THE COUNTRIES LIST AT CHECK OUT. Include the items, sizes, and your address for a shipping quote. Pilgrim Surf + Supply uses FedEx for international orders, therefore all international shipping costs are designated and updated by FedEx standards and protocol. You are responsible for any additional taxes and duties. Pilgrim Surf + Supply is not responsible for fees charged by customs.

STOCK:

We make every effort to maintain sufficient stock of items on our website; however, we may run out of stock of popular items. We also work to ensure that when you place an order online, the item is also available at the time of shipping. In the rare case that an item is out of stock, we will notify you via e-mail and any changes to your order will be reflected in your order total.

ONLINE PRICE ADJUSTMENT POLICY:

We will be happy to refund you a price adjustment if your item was purchased at full price within 3 days of the markdown. Price adjustments do not apply to sale items that are marked down further. Purchases made in store do not qualify for price adjustments. Please contact pilgrim@pilgrimsurfsupply.com with your order number for a price adjustment.

All items sold are marked down prices are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. If we receive a returned sale or final sale item, the package will be returned to you and our customer service will notify you via email. No exchange or return will be issued. We do not refund shipping and handling charges.
